Ahmed Alsalah and Hussain Alsalah Co. Return Policy and Mechanism:
- In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, it shall be returned within three days from the date of receiving the order.
- To accept the return, the customer must prove that they used the product with photos and videos recorded before and after use.
- The product must be used according to the aforementioned period, and the course duration (3 months) should be completed from the date of purchase.
- It is not possible to return without providing the empty packages and the purchase invoice.
- The refund will be processed via bank transfer, and cash refunds will not be applied. The shipping value will be deducted from the refund.
- The product must be used according to the instructions for use mentioned on the package.
- If the order is canceled after shipment, 50 riyals will be deducted from the value of the shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on products that do not meet the above criteria.
